  • Carried out Preliminary Technical Assessment (field work, GPS and geospatial data collection, analysis, and writing of final report) for transport systems and network in the greater Goris town area as part of a multidisciplinary project

Asian Development Bank funded Regional Capacity Development Technical Assistance (R-CDTA) Project - Applying Space Based Technology (SBT) and ICT to Strengthen Disaster Resilience (Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction); covering Armenia, Bangladesh, Fiji, Philippines and aiming to improve local capacity to collect and share reliable and timely disaster-related data using SBT and ICT at a local government/community levels.

  • Assisted in training local government, Ministry of Emergency Situation of Armenia, and community members on disaster risk management mapping principles
  • Monitored on site DRM data collection using a mobile application that uploads directly to OpenStreetMap
  • Developed orthophoto and digital surface model from drone images

  • Worked as GIS specialist in the historic preservation team of a multidisciplinary project
  • Designed GIS database to collect and map data on the Kumayri historic district of Gyumri
  • Used drone to create a high resolution orthophoto of project coverage area

  • Served as local consultant for Mobility in Chain Italian company conducting a traffic engineering study for redevelopment projects in Dilijan in the context of the Naberejnaya Master Plan
  • Organized and coordinated data collection activities for the traffic study including: traffic (vehicular and pedestrian) counts at major intersections and roundabouts, public transportation mapping, passenger counts, travel times, and load profiles, pedestrian facilities survey and mapping
